A) MEMBER REGISTRATION & PURCHASES

In BE International, our members are Independent Business Owners (IBO). To become an IBO, you must be an individual 18 years old and above and to be sponsored by a valid IBO. There are 2 ways of register as an IBO:

Registration and purchase via Online
You may proceed to register via their e-Business Card given by your sponsor.

Registration and purchase at our Offline Sales Offices/ Business centre

Only IBO registered in Malaysia is allowed to make any purchases in listed countries’ offices (Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Hong Kong) and you may purchase products that are available in the respective country. However, due to the company policy, other countries’ IBOs are not allowed to make purchases in Malaysia.

B) SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kindly obtain the tracking number by following the steps as below:

Step 1: Login to BE4U/BOS

Step 2: Click on IBO Purchase

Step 3: Personal Purchase Listing (For Invoice Owner) / Transaction History (For IBO Who Purchase on Behalf)

Step 4: Key in the Invoice Number in the “Document No.” column and click [search]

Step 5: Look for Delivery Status and Click on the [History] button

Step 6: The tracking number is stated in the “Consignment Note” column

If you haven’t received the parcel within 3 to 7 working days (depending on the location) after the tracking number has been updated, please feel free to contact the respective courier company for assistance regarding the delivery of your parcel.

If you have not received your order within the standard delivery timeframe, we recommend contacting the assigned local courier service to track your parcel. The courier company typically reaches out prior to delivery—please ensure you respond to their call to arrange for a suitable delivery time if you are not available at the delivery address.

All the courier service providers will contact you, via call, whatsapp or SMS, upon delivery timeframe and delivery update, if you have missed that, they will hold your parcel and return to your service hub/ office. You may call them for the next delivery arrangement.

Malaysia/ Singapore/ Brunei Return Procedure

IBO may lodge the request via Customer Support System (CSS). We will provide 2 options for the collection:

Option 1: To collect at the BE sales office

Option 2: To arrange for a second delivery. A processing & delivery fee will be collected. Fees imposed for re-delivery:

Hong Kong Return Procedure

The unattended parcel will be kept by the courier service company, SF Express, for the maximum of 1-month period, with a storage charge of HKD1.00 per day, before returning to BE. You may contact SF Express for redelivery. 

If the parcel had returned to BE and you wish to rearrange for redelivery, a additional of HKD60 of processing fees will be imposed

Indonesia Return Procedure

IBO is required to request re-delivery and re-delivery will be arranged. Delivery fee will be charged based on location.

You are not advised to change delivery address after your purchase has been confirmed.

You may change delivery address as long as your purchase is still under status of [Purchased Confirm].

  • Go to [Dashboard].
  • Select the purchase type: IBO Purchase (Personal Purchase Listing for own purchase, Transaction History for downline purchase).
  • Search for the relevant invoice.
  • View invoice details.
  • Edit the address by clicking the [pencil] icon.
  • Update the delivery address details.
  • [Confirm] the update. 

*Users are advised that the delivery address can only be changed once.

No, you are not advised to change the option after the status is [Purchased confirm].

Yes, a storage fee will be charged on the first working day if the product is not collected based on the respective country storage fee per day (Malaysia – MYR 30, Singapore – SGD 20, Indonesia – IDR 100,000, Brunei – BND 20 & Hong Kong – HKD 60)

No, you are not allowed to amend the shipping address after the status of your order is under [Packing in progress].  However, you may call the courier company for self-arrangement.

C) PROFILE UPDATE

  • You can update/ edit your email address, mailing address and contact number through our BE4U application or BOS website.

 

Step 1: Go to [Profile]

Step 2: Click [Update Profile]

Step 3: Enter [New Email/Mailing address / Contact number]

Step 4: Click [Submit]

 

However, other details such as identity document info, bank account number, MPay (MPay Systems – refer to Section [J] below) and etc., you may write to our Customer Service Department via Customer Support System (CSS) (link: https://be4u.beintl.com/ibo/), provide the necessary supporting documents such as a copy of your Identity document, Bank Passbook or Statement, MPay Card and etc.

Yes. You may update your bank details (such as bank name, account number and account holder name) in the system for the first time only. IBOs are required to submit CSS to proceed with subsequent changes by providing a copy of their passbook or bank statement that indicates their full name, bank logo & bank account number. Steps are as below:

  1. Log in to your BE4U account.
  2. Navigate to Profile > Update Profile > Update Bank Details.
  3. Select the Account Type (e.g., Savings / Current / Mpay).
  4. Enter your bank account details accurately.
  5. Upload a supporting document – either a clear and valid bank book or bank statement.
  6. Click the [Save] button to confirm and complete the update process.

 

*Please note that bank account updates can only be made starting from the 11th of each month. This is because bonus processing takes place from the 1st to the 10th of each month, during which the update function will be temporarily disabled. *

 

Kindly follow steps as below:

Step 1: Go to [Setting]

Step 2: Select [Change Password]

Step 3: Enter [Current Password] & [New Password]

Step 4: Enter your new password again in [Confirm New Password]

Step 5: Click [Submit]

 

Step 1: In the main page, click [Forgot Password?].

Step 2: Enter your IBO Code and email address

Step 3: Click [Submit]

 

A temporary password will be sent to your email. Log in to the system with the temporary password, then change your password to your desired password. (Refer B3 above).

Incase you have incorrect email registered, account holder may need to call into Customer Service and make the changes

Step 1: Go to [Setting]

Step 2: Select [Change eWallet PIN]

Step 3: Enter [Current eWallet PIN] & [New eWallet PIN]

Step 4: Enter one more time your new PIN number in [Confirm New eWallet PIN]

Step 5: Click [Submit]

D) BONUS

Your bonuses are paid by direct credit into your bank account, eWallet or MPay. To receive your bonus on time, kindly ensure that the banking information given is accurate and the receiver holder name should be the same as the IBO profile.

You may check your updated monthly bonus detail by logging into our system, select [Bonus] and [Bonus Statement] to view your monthly bonus record.

It may be different due to Bank Transfer Admin Charge or deduction of Withholding Tax of 10% or 2%.

There are usually 2 reasons:

i) Bonus amount is less than RM50/ SGD20/ BND50/ HKD100/ IDR200,000; 

ii) The bank / MPAY (if any) information given is incomplete or inaccurate. Your bank account’s name, identity card/passport number, or other bank account information must be the same information registered with BE

Year End Bonus will be paid in January of the following year.

E) eWallet

For Malaysia IBO may choose to top up via bank transfer or online banking (FPX) transfer while for Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, and Indonesia IBO can only top-up via bank transfer.

a) For Online Banking Transfer (FPX), kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to BE4U/BOS

Step 2: Click on [eWallet] and click [eWallet Top up]

Step 3: Key in your IBO ID and click [Next]

Step 4: Select [FPX]

Step 5: Enter amount (number only, without the currency code)

Step 6: Enter remark

Step 7: Click [Submit]

Step 8: Select your preferred bank and click [Proceed]. The system will divert to the bank’s system to complete the process

You will be able to see the amount in your eWallet immediately after completing the process.

b) For Bank Transfer, kindly follow the steps below:

(Please make sure you have bank in the desired top-up amount into BE bank account)

Step 1: Login to BE4U/BOS

Step 2: Click on [eWallet] and click [eWallet Top Up]

Step 3: Key in your IBO ID and click [Next]

Step 4: Select [Bank]

Step 5: Click [Upload File] in the Upload box

Step 6: Select [Camera], [File] or [Gallery] to submit your bank in slip.

Step 7: Enter amount (number only, without the currency code) & remark

Step 8: Click [Submit]

Step 9: A summary page will pop up for your confirmation. Click [YES] to proceed.

You will be able to see the amount in your eWallet within 1 to 3 working days after completing the process.

Step 2: Click on [eWallet withdrawal] and choose [Wallet Type]

Step 3: Enter the point request for withdrawal

Step 4: Enter your e-Pin

Step 5: Click [Next]

Withdrawal from eWallet will take up to 3 working days to process and is subject to an administrative/processing fee of RM10 / SGD10 / BND10 / HKD20 / IDR100,000 respectively per transaction.

For transfer from your eWallet to your bank account, if there is any rejection by the bank, you may refer to the reason for rejection in the “REMARKS” column in your Wallet Withdrawal Listing.

For transfer from eWallet to your MPay account, there is no minimum balance transfer requirement. However, the balance amount in the eWallet must be sufficient including the processing fee to proceed with the withdrawal request. The maximum transfer amount is RM10,000.

No, the bank account has to be updated in the profile before IBO can perform eWallet transfer.

Kindly login to the BE4U app or https://bos.beintl.com/member/ and search for ‘eWallet View Transaction Details’.

You are required to cancel the transaction and the deducted amount will be refunded to your eWallet account within 24 hours.

Your bonus will be credited in 5 working days after the end month is closed.

F) TAXATION/INCOME STATEMENT

For Malaysia IBO:

What is CP58?

Malaysia Income Tax Act 1967 Section 83A(1) states that companies have the responsibility to issue and prepare form CP58 for any type of monetary incentive or non-monetary incentive payment to their agents, distributors or dealers.

For Singapore IBO:

The company files your annual income to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore annually by March of the following year.

For Hong Kong IBO:

What is IR56M?

IR56M is known as Notification of Remuneration Paid to Persons Other Than Employees for tax filing purposes for Hong Kong residents. You may request this document from your respective country.

For Indonesia IBO:

Withholding tax is paid and filed to the tax authority on a monthly basis based on the tiered tax bracket of your accumulated income. The Bukti Pemotongan Pajak is made available for you to view under Bonus – Withholding Tax Statement.

G) PRV (Product Redemption Voucher)

You may check on the PRV availability through both BE4U application and BOS website.

Kindly click on the [Purchase] button and select [PRV voucher listing].

Please refer to the following Terms and Condition:

  1.  The voucher only valid for 2 months from the issue month
  2.  The voucher is redeemable for non-promotional products with BV/SV only.
  3.  Products redeemed by this voucher will not be entitled for BV/SV calculation.
  4.  The voucher is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  5.  The DP value stated in the voucher is based on the DP value of the IBO registered country and is only allowed to be used in the particular country only.
  6.  If the value of the products exceeds the amount of the voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer. If the value of the products is less than the amount of the voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.
  7.  Redemption only opened for selected products and up to a maximum of 2 units only.
  8.  This is a one-time-use voucher and not allowed for partial redemption or accumulation with other PRV.
  9.  BE reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

All PRV issued is valid for 2 months from the date issue and any expired PRV cannot be reinstated.

Only selected products that are available for PRV redemption.

Yes, BE provides 0% interest Easy Payment for the selected banks (Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank and CIMB bank). However, only available for offline sales counter (walk in) customers in HO

Currently, we only accept full payment for online purchase. However, we do accept EPP Payment in the sales counter/business counter only in Malaysia on the selected product.

Yes, you may combine e-Wallet and Visa/Master card payment to make the purchase.

Yes, we accept Visa and Master credit cards worldwide. However, there might be extra charges incurred which you might need to refer to your bank.

I) IBO COMPLIANCE

BE International maintains a zero‑tolerance policy regarding the unauthorized sale of our products on third‑party e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and any similar online marketplaces. Only authorized sales channels designated by BE International can be used for product distribution such as BE’s Sales offices, authorized Business Centres,
Any Independent Business Owner (IBO) or seller found listing or selling BE International products on unauthorized platforms will face immediate disciplinary action, which may include:

  • Suspension or termination of distributorship
  • Cancellation of bonuses, commissions, and incentives
  • Legal action for damages or trademark infringement

 

BE International is committed to protecting our brand reputation, ensuring product authenticity, and safeguarding the interests of all legitimate IBOs. We will actively monitor third‑party platforms and take swift action against any violations.

J) MPAY

MPay is a type of credit card which allows you to purchase goods and top-up MPay Wallet. You can credit bonus payment into MPay Wallet up to a maximum of RM10,000

Please read the Reservation Rules & Regulation before you make any reservation

Reservations must be made 7 working days prior to the actual meeting date and cannot be booked for more than two months

You may need to cancel the room and make a new booking. Cancellation must be notified by CSS 3 working days prior to the meeting. Without any written cancellation is equivalent to an absence and the company has the right to make the conference room available to other leaders.
