How to properly wear AULORA Pants with KODENSHI®?

Can the pants be washed in the washing machine?
Because of the nature of the KODENSHI® material, machine wash is not recommended. It should be hand washed with cold water and hung out to dry; do not spin dry or squeeze the pants as this will affect its shape. Please do refer to the laundry care instructions for more detail.
Is it ok if the pants are too tight?
This is perfectly normal. AULORA Pants with KODENSHI® are highly stretchable, therefore they will cling to your body very firmly. However, after a few uses, it will begin to feel more comfortable.
Will the pants expand and go out of shape after a few uses?
Yes and no. Yes, the pants will expand slightly, but no, it won’t go out of shape. If you use your pants on a daily basis, we suggest you hand wash it and hang it out to dry daily; once the garment dries, it will retain its shape.
Can I wear the pants if I'm pregnant?
No, it’s not advisable for pregnant women to wear AULORA Pants with KODENSHI®. You can, however, wear the pants during your confinement post-delivery to reshape your body, but please do speak to your doctor about it before doing so.
My size is out of stock, so should I get pants that are one size smaller or bigger?
You may choose pants that are one size bigger for better comfort. Getting a pair that is a smaller size than what is appropriate for your body might reduce its benefits and defeat the purpose of wearing it. For a better fit, do refer to the measuring chart below.

AULORA Pants with KODENSHI® is not covered by any warranty.
However, if upon purchase the item appears to be faulty, you can bring it back and exchange it within 30 days. However, do make sure the product is in mint/original condition and bring along your transaction receipt as well.

Can I use it for extreme sports (i.e: snowboarding, rock climbing, trail running and etc.)?
Yes, AULORA Pants with KODENSHI® is suitable for all types of sports. You may either wear it on its own or as an inner during the activity.
What are the benefits of Far Infrared Rays?
Our sun emits few types of rays and one of the safest and healthy for our body is the Far Infrared Rays (FIR) which is known to have plenty of good health benefits such as to gently soothe, stimulate, and detox the body. The KODENSHI® material contains tiny ceramic particles and, in that particles, there are FIR energy and when this material come in contact with the skin the wearer can immediately feel the warmth and comfort.

Do AULORA Socks with KODENSHI® have compression?
Yes. The unique weaving method used for AULORA Socks with KODENSHI® provides a better stretching and compression effect to give the right amount of gentle pressure for holistic and comfortable support.
The women’s socks design gives a stronger compression rating of 20-24 hpa around the ankle area and 24-28 hpa around the feet.
Meanwhile, the men’s socks design gives a more comfortable compression at 15-18 hpa around the ankle area and 16-19 around the feet.
Can I wear the AULORA Socks with KODENSHI® at night?
Yes, unless otherwise recommended by your physician. Do speak to your healthcare provider if you have any doubts.
Incorporating a unique weaving method, AULORA Socks with KODENSHI® for women gives a stronger compression rating of 20-24 hpa around the ankle area and 24-28 hpa around the feet.
Meanwhile, the men’s socks design gives a more comfortable compression at 15-18 hpa around the ankle area and 16-19 around the feet. In the day time, this compression effect helps support the overall activities of the wearer.
When sleeping or lying down, however, the circulatory system doesn’t need to fight gravity, so heavy compression is not necessary. If wearing at night, we recommend choosing AULORA Socks for men as it provides a more comfortable experience.
Can I wear AULORA Socks with KODENSHI® during pregnancy?
The unique weaving method of AULORA Socks provides better stretching and compression properties which provide gentle pressure and comfortable support for the feet, especially during pregnancy. However, it it always recommended to talk about this with your doctor first.
The sock is tight, is that normal?
Make sure you wear the correct size of socks if you find the compression uncomfortable. Do try a lower level at first and work up to a higher compression strength. For example, you may want to try the men’s variant first then gradually move up to the women’s variant.
